I am excited to share a significant milestone at JARALL Medical Management. The reporting platform you already know and rely on — the JARALL Reporting Platform (JRP) — has a new name, a new identity, and powerful new capabilities. Effective immediately, the JRP is now Aurora.
This is not a different product. Aurora is the platform you've been using — rebuilt with a sharper focus on what matters most: your data and what it tells you about your practice.
Why the Change
I built the original reporting platform from 30+ years of clinical experience — not as another dashboard, but as a tool that gives podiatrists the visibility into their own business. Over the past year, as our data capabilities have expanded and our technology has matured, it became clear that this platform deserved its own identity.
Aurora means "dawn" — the first light that reveals what was hidden in darkness. It's a name that reflects exactly what this platform does: takes your raw practice data and turns it into clear, actionable insight.

While the core platform you rely on remains intact, Aurora launches with meaningful enhancements designed to put data front and center in how you manage your practice:

JARALL Intelligence represents the AI-driven engine powering Aurora's analytics, forecasting, and our hybrid call center operations. One change to note: Aurora now lives at aurora.jarallmedical.com, replacing the previous reports.jarallmedical.com address. Please update your bookmarks accordingly.

The Value of Aurora
Until now, this platform existed exclusively for JARALL billing clients. With this rebrand, Aurora is stepping into the world as a standalone product — available to any podiatry practice seeking real visibility into their business. For practices outside of JARALL, Aurora is valued at $249 per month for the first physician, plus $99 per month for each additional physician.
As a JARALL billing client, Aurora is included in your agreement at no additional cost. This is part of our commitment to giving you every tool you need to understand your practice's performance.
